The Historic Cottage in San Clemente objective is the interpretation to the public of a unique architecture, as well as the lifestyle and time period of the 1930s. 

Historic Cottage in San Clemente Availability:
Year round
Saturday and Sunday:  2 PM to 10 PM
Weekdays:  12 PM to 10 PM
* All events are held on patio
* 150 guests maximum

Historic Cottage in San Clemente Fees:
$3,600.00 Saturdays. (Includes Monitor Fee & Parking for 50 Cars)
$500.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Balance of Site Fee is due
60 days prior to your Event Date

Weekday Rates are $400.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours required)

All permits accepted on a first-come first serve basis one year in advance.

Uniformed State Park Monitor: $79.00/hr (included in the site fee)
Alcohol permit: $150.00
Insurance: required
Parking: Any cars over the allotted 50 cars will be charged $15.00
